Elderberry Syrup

The dark blue/black fruit has traditionally been used as an effective natural fruit taken to reduce the effect of influenza, cold and flu symptoms. Clinical trials and research has been conducted on Elderberry syrup and the general conclusion is that it shows positive outcomes for decreasing fever, headache, and nasal congestion within 24 to 48 hours from taking elderberry extract.

Elderberry syrup is recommended as part of a daily wellness plan during the cold and flu season for a healthy immune system.


♥ Elderberries, immunostimulant and an antioxidant.
♥ Echinacea, a herb that helps to reduce cold symptoms and fight infections in the upper respiratory tract.
♥ Ginger, a natural anti-inflammatory, lowers blood sugar, antiseptic, improves circulation and has a positive
effect on the joints.

♥ Licorice, traditionally used as a herbal medicine to help relieve chest pain and as an anti-inflammatory.

Anyone can take elderberry syrup, and no adverse effects of using elderberry syrup have been reported in human clinical trials. It is recommended to consume 1 tablespoon a day for adults, and half a table spoon for children as a preventative measure. If one comes down with flu-like symptoms, it is highly recommended  to take a table spoon full every 2-3 hours.

Fire Cider

Fire Cider is a tincture where the goodness from nine powerful herbs is extracted in apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar on its own is considered a beneficial natural tonic that gradually and effectively strengthens and builds the immune system.

Fire cider is one of Rosemary Gladestar’s favorite medicinal recipes. The powerful herbs used to make fire cider have an abundance of benefits for the body.

Use: This can be taken by the tablespoon daily as needed to support digestion, the immune system, and other ailments. Preferably first thing in the morning and before bedtime.

Garlic – 
Contains: Essential oils, sulfur compounds, germanium, selenium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin A, B vitamins, and vitamin C.

Ginger - 
Contains: Essential oils, oleoresin, gingerol.

White Onion -
Contains: Sulfur, quercetin, alliins, phytochemicals, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium. 

Horseradish -
Contains: Sulfur, antioxidants, mustard oil, vitamin C.

Rosemary Leaves -
Contains: Rosemaric acid, camphor, caffeic acid, ursolic acid, betulinic acid, carnosic acid and carnosol.

Thyme Leaves -
Contains: Thymol.

Cayenne - 

Contains: Capsaicin.

Habanero peppers boost body metabolism, offer headache, sinus, and arthritis relief as well as releasing endorphins. 

Oranges/Lemons (citrus) are great for the heart, boost body immune system, fight cholesterol, helps in weight loss, and to break up or prevent kidney stones. Citrus fruits are good to treat cold and flu, improve the function of blood vessels, and reduce inflammation and retention of water.

antibacterial, anti-fungal, and exhibit anticancer activities and thus has a potential against malignant symptoms, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and it helps in improving arthritis symptoms and skin conditions.
